Barbecue Beef Ribs

When preparing Barbecue Beef Ribs for guests, you can prepare them in 3 or 4 different ways by using rubs or marinades.

If I am preparing 4 pounds of ribs, I usually prepare one third as shown in this recipe. Another third using a Satay marinade and the final third using a fruity marinade. This way your guests are continually having their taste buds invaded by different flavors.

The extra work involved is minimal because it can all be done before your guests arrive. The result is that your barbecue has a good central focal point — the flavor — as a conversation starter and ice-breaker.

Place ribs over medium-hot coals. Cover and grill 10 minutes.
