Beef in Red Wine is a delightful dish because the wine helps tenderize the beef and leaves a beautiful flavor for you to enjoy. Because it is prepared in a crockpot, it is also very easy to cook and allows you many hours between preparation and serving. Submitted by David McCarthy, Australia
Place beef in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Mix together soup, soup mix, mushrooms and red wine. Pour over the beef.
Cover and cook for 8 hours on Low.
Serve with vegetables of choice.
