Chicken Sauce
Chicken sauce is just one method that you can employ to make your chicken meal a little bit special. Other ideas are to marinate the chicken or serve with a Salsa. The combinations of marinades and Salsa's must go into the hundreds so that each time you serve chicken it can be different.
They say that the difference between a rut and a grave is simply a matter of depth. Don't allow your cooking to fall into a rut and no matter how good it is it becomes boring. It is in the hands of the chef to direct the menu, the excuse that my family won't eat anything else is nothing but an excuse.
Add this chicken sauce to make your barbecue even better.
Ingredients:
3 cups ketchup
1 cup minced onion
1 cup dry red wine (Plus a glass of same for the barbecue chef)
3 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons ginger, grated
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon ground coriander
black pepper to taste
Method:
Sip the chef's glass of red wine when you feel like it. Hey, you're doing the work you deserve the reward.
