Cottage Cheese Scrambled Egg diet breakfast proves conclusively that those of us who are watching our weight don't have to give up on taste. I often choose this dish for breakfast even when I'm not dieting and I'm a man driven by taste.

Blend together nonfat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives.
In medium skillet, melt butter. When hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set.
