Country Style Pork Ribs

Country Style Pork Ribs are perfect for barbecue. There are hundreds of country style recipes, this is my favorite.

There is no secret to cooking pork and there is no way to gaurantee that the skin will go crispy and crunchy when you cook it. I never put anything on the skin and rely on heat alone to crisp it up. Submitted by David McCarthy, Australia
