Hamburger Surprise is a full meal that no self-respecting hamburger fan will ever be dissatisfied with. It takes the hamburger dish to the next culinary level. Unlike other ground beef recipes, this simple meal is cooked as a hamburger casserole and guarantees moist hamburgers with onion, potato and sour cream among the ingredients.
One thing to watch out for is the differences of ovens. Only you will know whether your oven runs a little hot or cool and you may need to adjust cooking time by a few minutes either way. After you have cooked it once, you will know what temperature to set your oven in future.
