Plum Chili Salsa

Plum Chili Salsa combines the fruity with the fiery. The result is a mind blowing salsa that will turn your barbecue into something very special.

I make it during the high season for plums to be sure of getting that very special flavor. The plums should have just the first hint of softness when you test them in the palm of your hand. At this point they are just a little less than fully ripe. The taste has sweetness intermingled with tartness that will give the finished salsa just the right consistency.
