Scrambled Egg Recipe

Egg whites, reduced fat ranch dressing and low fat mozzarella make this Scrambled Egg Recipe as healthy as it is hearty. Serve with toast and juice for a satisfying start to your day.

  • 8 egg whites
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp of reduced fat ranch salad dressing
  • 3 tsp brown mustard
  • 1/4 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup low fat mozzarella cheese, shredded


Whisk egg whites and eggs together.

Slowly whisk in the ranch dressing.

Add the mustard, parsley and garlic powder while continuing to whisk.

Cook the egg blend in oil over medium heat until almost set (about 2 minutes).

Sprinkle in the cheese and stir to combine.

Cook until eggs are set and cheese is melted.

Serves 4.
