Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe for Two

Test this strawberry ice cream recipe for youself first. We insist. If it pleases you, make another batch to share. Or, test again making a variation with a different flavor, fruit or nuts. You must be absolutely sure you have the perfect combination before going public with this dessert. Take your time and make as many tests as necessary.

  • 1/2 pt. strawberry ice cream
  • 1/3 C white chocolate, chopped
  • 2/3 C strawberries, sliced
  • 4 T berry flavored liqueur
  • 1/3 C heavy cream
  • 2 T confectioners sugar

Microwave ice cream on high for 15 seconds to soften.

If not yet soft, continue to microwave in 5 second intervals until softened.

Stir white chocolate into the soft ice cream.

Add sliced strawberries and 2 T of the liqueur and stir to combine well.

Cover and re-freeze for at least 50 minutes.

Using an electric blender on medium high speed, beat the cream and sugar until soft peaks begin to form.

Place ice cream into 2 dessert bowls.

Pour remaining liqueur over the ice cream and top with cream mixture.

Any ice cream and chocolate can be used. You can also change the fruit and/or add nuts. An alcohol based liqueur does need to be used because it will not freeze as solid as other types of flavorings.
