Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds (675 grams) of ground beef
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 generous Tbsp of sour cream
- 1 generous Tbsp of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup beef bouillon
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp of butter or margarine
Instructions
Mix together first five ingredients and form into patties.
Brown in skillet until desired doneness. Remove to platter and keep warm.
Pour all fat from skillet and reduce heat to low. Add 1/4 cup beef bouillon (or more) scraping bottom of pan for extra flavoring.
When boiling, add lemon juice and butter or margarine.
Boil for 1 minute and then pour over hamburger patties.
