Ingredients
12 standard size carrots
1 tablespoon if olive oil or toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 cloves of chopped or minced garlic
Half a teaspoon dried thyme
Half teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 F
Place the ingredients oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes into a mixing bowl and stir
Next add the sliced carrots and stir it more so the oil and spices coat the carrots
Place the spiced and oiled carrots in a single layer on a baking pan or sheet
Place it into the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until tender
Serve while still warm.
