Irish Coffee

Here’s an easy Irish Coffee Recipe to top off your St. Patrick’s Day meal, plus a variation for an Irish Coffee cooler for those summer evenings.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. hot brewed coffee
  • 1 t brown sugar
  • 1 oz. Irish whisky
  • 1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish cream
  • Heavy cream

Instructions

Combine the coffee and sugar. Stir until sugar is totally dissolved.

Add whisky and Irish cream and stir to blend.

Hold a tsp upside down and pour cream over the spoon into the coffee. This makes the cream float on top.

Serves 1.
