Popovers

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425 F
Grease six 6 ounce muffin cups
Dust with flour
Beat the eggs
Add the flour, whole milk and salt
Stir until smooth
Poor the ingredients into the muffin cups until they are about half full
Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes
Decrease oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes
After baking remove from the muffin cups and serve
Best if served warm
